Welcome to Casa Ascensión for our writers retreat.
The 13th - 20th of May 2024
We create space, time and inspiration for your writing. We have several places for writing in the garden with amazing views. I give you my support with coaching, spiritual guidance and share my experience from writing and publishing.
When you need a break, you are welcome to join us in a meditative walk among fruit trees, mountains and valleys. Or we do some meditation, mantra singing, yoga or dancing. You can also relax by the pool or participate in a group healing session with guidance. If you want to have coaching & spiritual guidance in your writing, I am here for you.
I am an Author & Publisher of 7 books, Holistic Life Coach and Spiritual Counsellor. If you want me to share my experiences of being an Author and Publisher, I am happy to share.
We serve homemade, healthy and delicious meals. So that you can be in your flow without taking care of cooking, family, friends and housework.

Are you longing for silence, stillness, recreation, and time to focus on you and your own life journey?
Do you want to get a deeper connection to Mother Earth?
This is a retreat where you get to know yourself better on a soul level. I will guide you in getting in contact with your soul, your soul’s longing and your soul’s purpose.
I will lead you through meditation, yoga, dance, walking meditation, “Painting from your soul”, writing and sharings in a small group. You will receive channelled spiritual guidance, light, healing and divine love.
We go for walks in silence or just sit for a while among fruit trees, mountains and valleys.
You get time for yourself for reflection, journaling and recreation.
We serve healthy, delicious food. You are welcome to participate when we prepare the meals. Or you can spend time with our dog Mac, relax by the pool with an amazing mountain view or make the fire burning in the fire place.

Practical information
We are located in Frigiliana in the province of Malaga. Casa Ascensión is built on a hill in the Andalusian mountains with seaview and mountain view. It’s a small farm with avocados, mangoes, clementines, dates, lemons and grapes. If you don’t live in Spain, you go by train or airplane to Malaga. We are located 50 min from Malaga. You can take a bus from Malaga to Nerja or Frigiliana, and we pick you up at the bus station. Or you can share a taxi with other participants. Maybe we can pick you all up in our mini van if you arrive at the same time. We have 4 beds at Casa Ascensión in our two guestrooms. And there are houses to rent in the area. In the retreats Calle Bjerkert and Linnea Alma Schönning will assist me. Our dog Mac will also be around.
