We want to inspire you to live your life from heart and soul - and do the things that make your soul happy and you heart filled with love.
ABOUT US AND CASA ASCENSIÒN
Casa Ascensión is our home, our Spiritual Center and Enduro Center. It’s located near Frigiliana, a small village in the Andalusian mountains. We have amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the valley. We have 2 guest rooms with two single beds, so most of our retreats are personal and familiar. When we want to host more guests we cooperate with our neighbours who have beautiful houses to rent.
At Casa Ascensión we live in harmony with nature. We have a small plantage with avocado, mangoes, lemons, dates, clemetines and star fruits. In the garden we have fresh herbs and flowers.
We don’t use much electricity as we have solar panels to heat up the water and fire places.
We take care of the gifts from Mother Earth by picking fruits, herbs and vegetables to use in our cooking.
To stay cool in the summer, we have a big swimming pool with mountain view.
It’s I Helena Omfors, my fiancé Calle Bjerkert, my daughter Linnea Alma Schönning and our dog Mac who welcome you. We work together to make your visit as good as possible. Sometimes my son Adam is here and can offer wonderful Swedish massage. Calle’s daughters Vera & Meja come for visits as well, and help out with the Enduro Tours.

In our Retreats we often include yoga & meditation. The yoga we teach is Kundaliniyoga, Yinyoga and The Chakra Journey Yoga. The meditation we lead is either from Kundaliniyoga, Karuna Reiki or Channelled from the Spirit world. We might also offer a day with Chakrayoga & Chakra Balance Dance.

Practical information
To get here you can either go by car on the mountain roads or walk from Frigiliana. The walk takes about 20 minutes. You can take the bus from Nerja to Frigiliana. If you don’t live in Spain, the nearest airport is Malaga Airport. You find Casa Ascensión, Frigiliana on Google Maps. The bus company Alsa has buses going from the airport to Nerja. You buy the ticket outside the Airport when you arrive.
