In Santiago de Chile I became a mother to my first child Linnea Alma. In Ottawa an other soul came to me named Adam. They have both gifted me with so much joy, love, laughters, challenges, healing, guidance & personal development.

Since 2005 I have consiously listened to and followed my soul’s longing. It has guided me to courses in Reiki, Yoga, Massage, Life Coaching, Mediumship Training and Shamanism.

In 2005, when a Spiritual Teacher helped me to open up my chakras, I got a vision of a Healing Center. In 2008 I and my two children moved in to Bönnarpsgård in Skåne, Sweden to start up a center. It was a beautiful place in the middle of nature. where I offered my services in healing, coaching, spiritual guidance and massage. I held yoga classes (Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Family Yoga, Children's Yoga and the Chakra Journey). In 2010 I had my Coach Training Program. As it was popular I have kept on teaching in Coaching since then. I have had more than 55 groups of students. I also trained leaders in the Chakra Journey and had programs in Entrepreneur ship. 

In 2015 I became a Reiki Master according to Holy Fire and started to teach up to the level of Reiki Master. In 2017 I felt drawn to take the Karuna Reiki Master in London and when I came back I started to teach even on that level. My psychic skills developed along the way and I took some courses in mediumship. From then I have had courses in that as well. 

As my soul was longing for Spain and Spanish, I started to give retreats and courses in Sitges.  I love to be in the sun and by the ocean. 

In parallel with being a mother to my two beloved children and running my business on the farm, I wrote and published 7 books within personal development, spirituality and healing. At the moment they are all published in Swedish. 

In 2019, I started to have my courses, trainings and events online and have continued to do so.

Together with other spiritual guides and friends (Lillemor Groth, Orakel Sara and Marie Lambertsson) I have had several live events with channeled messages, meditations, healing and light. Something I really enjoy.

Many years ago, I started a podcas with my friend Lillemor Groth "På yttersta grenen med Helena & Lillemor". Later on I created another podcast “Själar på Jorden” together with Linnea Alma Schönning and Calle Bjerkert. I love to talk, especially about life from a spiritual perspective.

In 2022 my guides pushed me to move to Nerja, Spain. I was told to live where I can see the sunrise and the sunset. And I love it!

In 2023, I created Lightworker's Community and Starsisters. Communities for spiritually conscious people to meet, be supported, inspired, guided and strengthened on their spiritual path.

In January 2024 I was pushed to move again. This time to Casa Ascensión in the Andalusian mountains – just above the Mediterranean Sea and Nerja. From here, I want to spread more spiritual wisdom, love, light, healing and power to those who wish to receive.

My spiritual gifts have developed over many years in parallel with my personal development and healing. I am in close contact with my soul and with the spirit world - the love, the light, the guides, the masters, the archangels and the light people. Channeling is something I like a lot. There is so much to learn from the Spirit. 

It is above all the spiritual wisdom, love and light I want to pass on to the people on earth. But I also want to help more people realize their soul and find the way to their heart. Heaven is in our heart and the wisdom is in our soul.
